TIP Group is looking for a hands‑on HR Manager for Finland. This new role is ideal for someone who enjoys full responsibility, works independently, and thrives in a mix of administrative routines and business‑focused HR support.

About the role:
As the HR Manager for Finland, you will be the sole HR representative in the country, responsible for all operational HR matters and administrative tasks such as contracts, documentation, HR system updates, and reporting. You act as a trusted partner to managers across our Finnish operations.
You will be located in Kerava and support approximately 90 employees across our workshops in Kerava, Kotka, Mikkeli, Varkaus, and Lieto, with regular travel to these sites expected. In addition, the role includes regular travel to the Nordic HR office in Taastrup, Denmark.
Your HR team:
You will report to the HR Director, Nordic, based in Taastrup, Denmark. The wider Nordic HR team consists of a HR Manager for Denmark & Norway (Taastrup, DK), a Payroll Specialist, Nordic (Helsingborg, SE), and a HR Manager for Sweden (Helsingborg, SE). You will have high autonomy in your role while working closely with this supportive Nordic HR team, and you will receive a solid onboarding as well as continuous support from HR colleagues in both Denmark and Sweden.
What You'll Be Doing
✔️ Operational HR support to managers
✔️ Cooperation and negotiations with unions/employee representatives
✔️ Recruitment and onboarding
✔️ Administrative HR tasks: contracts, documentation, employee data, reporting
✔️ Development and implementation of HR processes
✔️ Support during change and integration activities
What You'll Bring
✔️ Several years of broad operational HR experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of Finnish employment law
✔️ Confident in working independently and taking initiative
✔️ Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
✔️ Fluent in Finnish and English
✔️ Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar)
