What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Manage the full asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal (Acquire-to-Retire)

✔️ Maintain and reconcile asset registers and sub-ledgers with the general ledger

✔️Maintain and reconcile asset registers and sub-ledgers with the general ledger

✔️Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for asset accounting

✔️Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls

✔️Prepare asset-related reports, dashboards, and performance insights

✔️Support audits and act as a point of contact for asset-related queries

✔️Maintain data quality across asset systems and support system improvements

✔️Collaborate with stakeholders on asset integrations, process improvements, and projectsWhat

What You’ll Bring

✔️Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

✔️1–3 years of experience in asset accounting, financial operations, or financial control

✔️Solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAP principles

✔️Experience working with ERP systems and asset sub-ledgers

✔️Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail

✔️Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy and integrity

✔️Experience working in an international or matrix organisation

✔️Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions

✔️ A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work
✔️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
