Working from home is an option for most back-office roles. In our workshops, your presence is necessary to the smooth operation of the team so it is not an option. You can’t repair a trailer from home (yet!)

As a TIP employee, you will have access to a wide variety of training courses to help you develop further your current skills or simply widen your perspective and discover something new! Your manager will also be available to discuss your career path and action plans to get there.
