 What you’ll be doing:

✔️Shape and execute the European procurement strategy across all aftermarket        categories (tyres, parts, M&R, services)          
✔️ Lead and develop a high-performing, international procurement team while managing €60–100M in Spend Under Management
✔️Drive supplier performance, ensure ESG compliance, and digitize procurement processes for operational excellence

What do you bring?

✔️ Proven experience in strategic procurement, ideally within the truck/trailer or aftermarket sector
✔️ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire remote, international teams
✔️A strategic mindset with expertise in supplier negotiations, ESG, risk management, and compliance

✔️Fluent English skills (additional European languages a plus) and a relevant degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
