This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a brand-new business venture – helping to build, grow, and lead TIP’s UK Road Sweeper division from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Growing a new business division, building TIP’s reputation in the UK Road Sweeper market, and driving profitability
✔️ Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input
✔️ Managing, coaching, and developing staff while ensuring operational excellence, customer service, and EH&S compliance

What You’ll Bring

✔️ Experience in the Road Sweeper market (or a related sector) and/or a proven track record of growing a business unit
✔️ A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work
✔️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
