We are hiring for a newly created role! TIP Group – a European leader in Transport solutions is looking for a strategic and commercially driven Director of International Strategic Accounts to manage and grow relationships with our key international customers headquartered in the Nordic Region.

Your impact
You will lead cross-border account strategies, build strong senior relationships, and drive growth through tailored solutions. This is a high-visibility role with international scope and influence.

What you will do

✔️ Identify and develop target accounts 
✔️ Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior customer stakeholders across geographies   
✔️ Develop account plans and lead cross-functional teams
✔️ Coordinate efforts across regions to ensure consistent service
✔️ Negotiate contracts and monitor performance

What you will bring

✔️  Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred). 

✔️   8+ years in international account management or strategic sales
✔️ Strong strategic and commercial mindset and negotiation skills
✔️ Experience with complex, cross-border customer relationships
✔️ Willingness to travel internationally  

✔️ Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, comfortable with Big Bets, challenging the Status Quo, and applying creativity to increase our Share of Wallet.

✔️ A solid understanding of Leasing and Lease Accounting including the transport industry and its key challenges as well as proven experience within the transport sector will be advantageous
✔️ Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language
