You drive the annual external audit cycle for the Group with passion. Outside the audit season, you redirect your energy to shape the future of finance through automation and innovation. What you will do

✔️ Lead and drive Finance Transformation initiatives focused on standardization and automation (e.g. AI, RPA)

✔️ Lead the annual external audit cycle for the TIP Group, including 20+ statutory audits
✔️Collaborate with external auditors to design an efficient audit approach and identify improvement opportunities

✔️ Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality and timely audit documentation

What you bring

✔️ 5–8 years of Big 4 audit experience leading multiple international audit assignments
✔️ Experience improving audit efficiencies through automation
✔️ Continuous improvement mindset

✔️ Proactive mindset, high energy and strong ownership of outcomes

✔️ Strong communication, storytelling and influencing skills across all levels

✔️ Excellent people management skills, including coaching team members

✔️ A good sense of humor – we work hard, but we also enjoy what we do
