You will equip our remarketing teams across Europe with the insights, tools, and pricing they need to perform at their best.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔️Supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of pricing strategies for used assets across all regions.
✔️Conducting margin, performance, and market analyses to increase profitability.
✔️Provide price recommendations based on market trends, historical data, and competitive insights.
✔️Developing and enhancing reports, dashboards, and KPI overviews for (senior) management and regional teams.
✔️Supporting sales budgets, forecasts, and planning in close collaboration with Finance and Asset Management.
✔️Standardizing and improving sales operations processes across our international organization.on.
✔️Acting as a key user for Salesforce and BI tools, while leading projects that enhance automation and transparency.
What You’ll Bring
✔️ A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
✔️ 8–10 years of experience in sales operations, pricing, or commercial analysis (preferably in an asset-heavy or transportation environment).
✔️ Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
✔️ Experience with pricing models, forecasting, and performance reporting.
✔️ Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
✔️ Excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
✔️ A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work
✔️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
