What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Raise and process purchase orders, challenge vendor costs, identify recharges, code correctly, reconcile stock and process TIP Tankers rebills with order numbers
✔️ Ensure tanker compliance (PG9 avoidance), process service sheets, upload to ALS/Matrix, and maintain accurate service schedules
✔️Deliver high service levels, handle enquiries professionally, create estimates for rechargeable work, and liaise across branches/departments to resolve queries
✔️Manage bookings/workflow, update workboards, validate/liquidate technician hours, and align daily priorities with the Branch Operations Manager
✔️Conduct yard checks and inventories, complete chemical audits (MSDS), produce reports/stats, and carry out general office/admin duties

What You’ll Bring

✔️ Confident raising, coding and reconciling purchase orders, spotting cost discrepancies and recharges
✔️ Understanding of parts, servicing workflows, or fleet operations (trailers/tankers ideal)
✔️ Able to manage multiple workstreams (POs, bookings, compliance, stock) without errors
✔️ Professional phone manner with the confidence to deal with customers, vendors, and internal teams
