About our TIP Mechanic Academy (TMA)

We started the Academy in 2021 to give people the chance to build a real career in a hands-on, practical trade. You’ll join us full-time and spend 9 months learning everything you need to become a certified trailer mechanic — from classroom sessions and online training to hands-on experience in the workshop alongside an experienced mentor. By the end of the program, you’ll be ready to work confidently and continue growing your skills with us.
