What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Diligently review maintenance repair cost estimates, raise and authorize purchase orders to external vendors, and support with maintenance issues involving both customers and vendors
✔️ Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input
✔️ Liaise with OEM technical services departments to support in-depth fault diagnosis, arrange and manage 3rd party work in TIP premises and externally, assist with parts sourcing and procurement, and analyse warranty situations and fleet maintenance data trends
✔️ Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input

What You’ll Bring

✔️ Time-served experience in an HGV, truck, or tanker (ideally Trailers), with strong technical or engineering aptitude, excellent customer care and communication skills, and good computer literacy
✔️ A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work
✔️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
