✔️ Driving growth within our Municipal & Specialist Waste Management Equipment division across the UK
✔️ Prospecting, winning, and developing new customers while growing existing accounts
✔️ Identifying and converting rental, leasing, and service opportunities to maximise revenue
✔️ Building strong, long-term customer relationships and delivering a first-class client experience
✔️ Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
✔️ Managing pricing, contracts, and pipelines to ensure profitable, sustainable growth
✔️ Working cross-functionally with internal teams including customer service, risk, and marketing
✔️ Staying ahead of industry legislation and technological developments
✔️ Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input
What You’ll Bring
✔️ A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work

✔️ Proven experience in the Municipal, Waste Management, or related sectors
✔️ A strong track record of driving sales growth and winning new business
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔️ Commercial acumen with the ability to spot and act on opportunities
✔️ Confidence working independently while contributing to a wider team
✔️ Strong organisational and analytical skills with a results-driven approach
