What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Carrying out on-hire and off-hire inspections of trailers and rental assets
✔️ Managing incoming rental enquiries via telephone and email
✔️ Organising on-hire/off-hire processes with customer drivers
✔️ Managing yard checks and fleet inventory to ensure accuracy
✔️ Liaising with customers, vendors, and internal teams to meet service, compliance, and documentation requirements
✔️ Raising reservations, managing bookings, and supporting the ALS rental system
✔️ Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input

What You’ll Bring

✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔️ A professional telephone manner
✔️ Good administrative and computer skills
✔️ Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Full UK driving licence (essential)
✔️ A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership in your work
✔️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
