Life Assurance Scheme
On your first day with TIP you will automatically be enrolled for life assurance cover which provides a monetary amount to your family in the event of your death in service to the value of 3 times your annual base salary. This cover is available to you until age 74 and as long as you remain employed by the company (this benefit is also of value if you are buying a house or are a property owner and need life cover)

Private Healthcare
All employees are entitled to free private healthcare at Single Standard Cover. This benefit is optional (you may choose NOT to join the scheme however; there is no monetary compensation provided for this choice). Once per year on policy renewal date, for a nominal amount you may choose to: upgrade to include other family members or increase your personal cover for hospital overnight stays following medical treatment

Employee Income Protection
Group income protection cover is available to you in the event that you are unable to work due to long term illness or disability. In either of these events and whilst employed by the business, you could be paid 60% of your annual salary on a monthly basis for a period of up to 2 years or alternatively up to you reaching the age of 64 (whichever comes first).

Employee Well-being
We want you healthy which is why you will receive:
- A one-off payment of £60 in January to support your health and fitness activities
- Specsavers eye vouchers: you are entitled to the recommended 2 years’ eye test for free and a voucher towards the cost of prescription glasses if required
- A 50% contribution towards the cost of your HGV medical

Holiday Buy/Sell
For permanent employees only
Aside from the 25 days annual holiday entitlement + 8 Bank Holidays, you will have the option to buy up to 4 additional days or to sell up to 5 days at the beginning of each holiday year.

Success Awards
You can be nominated by both your peers and/or managers for exceptional work you have done on 1 or more occasions. Amounts can vary from the level of the award.

Long Service Awards
On the anniversary of your 1 years’ service with us you will receive a monetary payment to celebrate this event, and then every 5 years’ service!

TMA Toolbox
You will receive a toolbox with a value up to £1,000.

TMA Retention Bonus
You will receive a one-off retention bonus of £1,000 after 3 year’s continuous service with us!

Referral Program
Refer someone to an open vacancy and if they join us, you will receive a referral bonus of £1,000 - 50% paid out after their first month of service and the remaining 50% after 6 months service. The bonus fee is £700 for referred apprentices/trainees.
